Shipping Information

• Orders for products are processed within 48 hours, and are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Your order is processed in the order it was placed amongst other orders from other customers.
• Out of stock items may take additional time to ship.

Important Return Notes

• We Do Not accept personal use products as returns. We do not accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons including serious Health & Sanitation Issues.
• We Do Not accept returns on Multimedia items such DVDs and Videos unless factory sealed.

Return Policy: There is a 10 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
• No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.
• We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
